Welcome to the Highland Springs Neighborhood Home Owners Association webpage. We feel that you will love the amazing mountain views from the back porch or front porch as much as we do. We are nestled in Walland, TN near the gateway to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park.
We are neighbors, but we also encourage friendships. We have neighborhood "get togethers" to meet new neighbors and cultivate existing friendships.
Our goal for our website is to provide helpful information for current and future residents. The association has a board of directors and we have an annual meeting which meets on the 2nd Tuesday of every November.

Yearly Dues
The $200 yearly dues should be submitted to the HOA by January 1st of each year. Please put your lot number on your check. Mail your payments to the following address.

Get Togethers
Get Togethers
We have annual spring get-togethers to get acquainted with new neighbors and renew friendships. The HOA provides the meats and buns and all the fixins. We look forward to seeing you at one in the future.

We are appreciative to have an architectural committee in place to help keep the home construction consistent throughout our neighborhood as we continue to grow. All NEW construction must be approved by the architectural committee who report to the board of directors. To submit projects to be reviewed, please e-mail the association to the address below for more information on the process.
